Newletter November Newletter www.conwayapartmentsutah.com November 2007 Issue Trick or Treaters: We want to wish everyone a safe and happy Thanksgiving this month. Also, please remember to leave your porch light on, if you would like the Trick-or-Treaters to stop at your home. We usually have a bunch of children who come around, so make sure to plan accordingly.
Fall Tip: If you have not yet used your furnace we recommend that you test it out to make sure that it is working properly before it gets extremely cold. If you notice any problems please call the manager.
Resident Notice Remember the furnace is gas and the number one cause of house fires is from the furnace catching something flammable on fire. DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING FLAMMABLE IN YOUR FURNACE CLOSET. (I.E. Broom, wrapping paper, clothes etc.) Statements Please know that if your statement does not come, your rent is still due on the 1st. Statements are done for your convenience. Late Fees Remember that late fees are added to your rent after midnight of the 5th it is $20 the first day and $5 a day every day after that. We have been lenient in the past, but we are now going to a NO EXEPTION policy. Please let us know if you are going to be late. Playground We are having trouble keeping the play ground clean. Parents of children who use the playground this is your responsibility. Please remember these following rules. 1. CLEAN UP YOUR MESS. 2. NO CHALK WRITING ON THE BUILDINGS 3. NO BIKE JUMPING. We will be watching for the above and notifying the parents of the children breaking these rules. Please watch your children.
